Sally Motta

After 23 years in Human Resources, Sally joined the family business in August 2026, bringing a wealth of experience working with people and a genuine passion for serving others. Working alongside her husband, Peter Motta, Sally is committed to helping individuals and families navigate their insurance needs through education, guidance, and personal connection. She believes in building meaningful relationships and ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident in making informed decisions about their coverage.



For Sally, serving others goes beyond insurance. She values the opportunity to make a positive impact in her community and approaches every interaction with compassion, integrity, and a heart for helping people.

Outside of work, Sally's greatest joy is spending time with Peter and their two sons, Jackson and Gabe. Whether cheering them on at baseball and soccer games, attending school events, or serving together through church and ministry, family and faith remain at the center of her life. It's a busy and fulfilling season, and one she wouldn't trade for anything!
